The EXAMPLE group had the opportunity to go to the home of 91 year old twin sisters, Beverly and Bernice. They have a beautiful garden and we spent the morning trimming shrubs, cutting grass, and picking weeds. The sisters spent the entire time outside visiting with us, sharing stories, and working in the garden too.  We discovered they were born in that house and have lived there for their entire life. They have witnessed many changes in the neighborhood, but they have been a constant. Their love for Christ is real through their activities at church and their other passions. Of course, one passion is their garden and flowers from their garden can be seen planted throughout the neighborhood. In fact, a few plants are going to make their way to Rochester!
