A very easy drive north brought our group of 18 youth and 4 adults to Duluth safe and sound and ready for adventure! We spent 2 hours at the Spirit Mountain Adventure Park where the group bonded by encouraging each other to try the alpine slide, zip line and the ginormous bounce pillow!

We arrived at our home for the week, Our Saviors Lutheran Church. We all got settled, had dinner, organized the youth into work crews, had our first all site gathering and church group time! Whew! The kids are exhausted and so am I!

We are all anticipating our first day of serving the Duluth community … but we need a good night’s sleep first! Thanks to all the parents from Zumbro and St. Pius for sharing your kids with us this week.

Please pray that our work crews will accomplish a lot and bond in the process!
